Tyler Waddell joined the Prism Real Estate Services Team in 2020 as an Assistant Project Coordinator for both our construction company and maintenance company subsidiaries, Principal Construction, LLC and Prism Maintenance Group, LLC. Tyler graduated from the University of Central Missouri as a Finance Major.

Tyler’s strong work ethic and levelheadedness helps him coordinate projects in this position. Tyler assisted with the successful integration of our maintenance company roll out including new software systems. Tyler also is responsible for employee engagement of this software.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys adventures such as skydiving and fishing. He’s very proud of the fact that he can juggle!
